Welcome to KROSSFA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully.

KROSSFA is a trading name of Gyantex Enterprise, a sole proprietorship registered in Ghana and based in Kumasi (“KROSSFA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We supply traditional funeral textiles, ready-to-wear garments, and related accessories.

By browsing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the website or its security features
• Copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our website or content without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or payment information

We may suspend or restrict access to our website or refuse service to anyone who breaches these Terms.

2. Products and Descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, please note the following:

• Colour variation: Textile colours may appear differently on different screens and devices. Slight variation between the image and the actual fabric is normal and is not considered a defect.
• Handmade and traditional textiles: Many of our fabrics are traditionally produced. Small differences in weave, print placement, or finish are natural characteristics of these textiles, not faults.
• Measurements: Fabric lengths and garment sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or a refund of that item.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.

Delivery charges are separate from product prices and are calculated based on the distance to your delivery location and the weight of your order. Delivery charges are confirmed to you before your order is finalised.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a genuine error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made, or to contact you to agree the correct price before proceeding.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, by phone, or by WhatsApp, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it to you.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where:

• The product is out of stock or no longer available
• There was an error in the product description or price
• We are unable to verify your payment or delivery details
• We suspect the order is fraudulent

If we cancel a confirmed order for any of these reasons, we will refund any payment you have already made for that order.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Mobile money
• Card payment
• Cash on delivery

Except where cash on delivery has been agreed, full payment is required before your order is dispatched. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

For cash on delivery orders, payment must be made in full at the point of delivery. If payment is not made on delivery, the order may be returned and future cash on delivery orders may be declined.

Ownership of the products passes to you only once payment has been received in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver throughout Ghana. Delivery is charged at a fee, calculated according to the distance to your location and the weight of your order. Your delivery charge is confirmed before your order is finalised.

Delivery timeframes given to you are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, traffic, or public disruptions.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails because the address or contact details you provided were incorrect, or because nobody was available to receive the order, any additional delivery cost for a second attempt will be borne by you.

Risk in the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to you or to the person receiving it on your behalf.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because our textiles are cut, prepared, and supplied to order — often for time-sensitive funeral arrangements — we are unable to resell returned items. For this reason, we ask that you check your order carefully before confirming it, and contact us with any questions before you pay.

The only exceptions are the situations described in Section 4, where we cancel a confirmed order ourselves, or where an item you ordered becomes unavailable — in which case we will refund the amount paid for that item.

If you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will review the matter with you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product photographs, graphics, logos, and the KROSSFA name — belongs to Gyantex Enterprise or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, KROSSFA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or costs arising from delays in delivery.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We will update the “Last updated” date whenever changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
